Tillet J Mills II was born in Saint Louis, Missouri. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the esteemed Vanderbilt University. He later went on to earn his J.D at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. After earning his J.D, he moved to Houston, Texas, and passed the Texas Bar in November of 2015.
